De poging om zowel de juridische kant als de informatiekundige kant van het eigendomsprincipe recht te doen is gedaan in het .i-Handvest (het iDNA Manifest) zie: http://www.dotindividual.com/dotihandvest.htm. Enerzijds biedt dit handvest een handvat voor informatiekundigen om eigendom als 'verdwijnpunt van infrasrtructuur voor informatieverkeer' op te pakken, maar inderdaad ook een 'aapassing van grondwetsartikel 10' en dus juridisch. Het zijn twee kanten van dezelfde munt. De discussie over eigendom, houderschap en bezit moet, zoals Steven terecht stelt, nog beginnen. Artikel 1 van het .i-Handvest is vooral handig als startschot voor die essentiële discussie, met name onder de informatiekundige architecten (en pas in X-te stadium voor juristen en techneuten).
