NAF Insight Architectuurprincipes
Op 6 juli 2009 heeft er een NAF Insight (mini-seminar) plaatsgevonden op het gebied van architectuurprincipes. Doel van dit seminar was vooral om kennis en ervaringen uit te wisselen op het gebied van architectuurprincipes en input te krijgen voor het boek dat wordt geschreven vanuit de werkgroep architectuurprincipes. In dat kader hebben zowel dienstverleners als gebruikersorganisaties hun visie en ervaringen gedeeld en heeft er een discussie plaatsgevonden.
CAiSE - Practice-driven Research on Enterprise Transformation (2009)
Modern day enterprises, be they businesses, organisations, or government departments, are in a constant state of flux. New technologies, new markets, globalisation, mergers, acquisitions, etcetera are among the "usual suspects" which require enterprises to transform themselves to deal with these challenges and new realities. Most information systems practitioners will find themselves working in a context of enterprise transformation. One could even go as far as to claim that a business oriented perspective on information systems is really about enterprise transformation, where enterprise transformation involves the use of methods and techniques from enterprise engineering, enterprise modelling, enterprise architecture, and information systems engineering.
LAC - Landelijk Architectuur Congres (2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008)
Het Landelijk Architectuur Congres (LAC) geeft een overzicht van de ontwikkelingen op architectuurgebied zodat de toepassing van architectuur professioneler en daarmee effectiever wordt. Naast deze inhoudelijke component is het LAC de bijeenkomst waar netwerken ontstaat en om netwerken uit te breiden. Tijdens het Landelijk Architectuur Congres zijn 3 peilers aanwezig: leveranciers, gebruikers en wetenschap. Het Landelijk Architectuur Congres wordt georganiseerd door het Nationaal Architectuur Forum (Programmacomité Landelijk Architectuur Congres) en Sdu Uitgevers.
EMMSAD - Exploring Modeling Methods for Systems Analysis and Design (2005, 2006, 2007)
This workshop focuses on exploring, evaluating, and enhancing current information modeling techniques, methods and methodologies. Though the need for such studies is well recognized, there is a paucity of such research in the literature. The objective of EMMSAD is to provide a forum for researchers and practitioners interested in modeling methods in systems analysis and design to meet, and exchange research ideas and results. It also provides the participants an opportunity to present their research papers and experience reports, and to take part in open discussions. EMMSAD is held in Heraklion, Barcelona, Pisa, Heidelberg, Stockholm, Interlaken, Toronto, Velden, Riga, Porto and Luxembourg.
TEAR - Trends in Enterprise Architecture Research (2007)
Until recently, practitioners, consulting firms and tool vendors have been leading in the development of the EA discipline. Research on enterprise architecture has been taking place in relatively isolated communities. The main objective of this second workshop on Trends in Enterprise Architecture Research is to bring these different communities of EA researchers together and to identify trends and major research challenges in EA research. This workshop will provide a discussion forum where EA researchers and practitioners can meet and exchange experiences, problems and ideas related to EA.
