Als "de ontwikkeling van services" een doel van projecten is, dan hebben we nog een lange weg te gaan. Het gaat tenslotte niet om de applicatie, de service of de content, maar om het centraal stellen van de gebruiker, zijn rol in het bedrijfsproces en zijn beleving. En dat heeft Apple als geen ander begrepen.
