After reading all 3 articles I still come to the conclusion that both ArchiMate and TOGAF are not suitable for modeling behaviour. Modeling behaviour is not about static diagrams which contains abstracts definitions but about real-world what-if scenarios with cause&effects. 
 
Static structural models never will provide the insight needed to really change the behaviour of a system/enterprise!
