ArchiMate isn't intended for the detailed level of (behavioural or any) modelling that UML/SysML are aiming at, since it is used at a higher level of abstraction (EA and just below). But for some examples, have a look at http://www.archimate.org/en/start_using_archimate/good_practices.html
