leuk stukje! Ik herken de situatie maar al te goed ;). Ik denk dat er twee oorzaken zijn die maken dat dit soort projecten vaak mislukken: 1) men onderschat de inspanning die nodig is om informatie in een organisatie rond te pompen; 2) de onderlinge kwaliteit van de informatie verschilt te veel: verschillende definities, verschillende granulariteit, tijdigheid, regelgeving, etc.
