Marleen Olde Hartmann has more than 10 years experience as an teacher/trainer and developer of architecture courses. She is the owner of ABIO and works as a trainer, advisor and coach in the field of enterprise architecture. Her scientific education is “andragologie”, the science of change, for those who are working on a structured development of growth of people and change of structures. Her ICT experience started early on in her career and she always worked on the edge between business and ICT. She was one of the founders of ERIA (the European Register for Information Architects) where she participated in the development of an valid assessment on knowledge and personality. Her contribution in the still young field of architecture has a strong focus on quality.
